I've been having a really good experience with IDC's "Stout" front wheel:

It's been on my Cannondale ST, commuting daily in NYC for about four+ years with no issues.
Looks like they may be sold out, but Charlie at IDC is pretty responsive, so I'd recommend reaching out to him to see if there are any left that he could send your way. I ended up also getting a "Classy" set to build out another ST frame I found on Craigslist, but I haven't ridden on those yet, so I can't speak to their quality.
