The decal style and SunTour XCM crankset and derailleurs are 1989 spec. The mix of a 1988 U-brake and 1989 decals and XCM components indicate the possibility of a non-catalogued,1988-1989 crossover model.
Holy cow ur so smart I was wondering way my bike looked nice but it looked like the one in the 89 catalog? I have a picture of the serial number u think I should call the property dept and put that number? 8 instead of the first 3?
