I'm the exact opposite, every single one of my bikes have clipless pedals. Toe clips are romantic but I don't have the right shoes for them. Quill pedals just don't work with soft soles.

That may change later this spring pending a handlebar swap on the Motobecane to a more upright style. I read the Rivendell Google group quite often and it's making me want to put together a bike that encourages me to "just ride", however that ends up meaning for me. I have a feeling that's what I do nowadays, but who knows?
