Performance is ordering the nameplates for me from their catalog. The right one definitely needs to be replaced because it's pretty much missing, and the left is all scratched up, so I might as well replace that too. If you still wanted to replace your Tiagra one, I'll bet Performance could probably order it for you as well, if you have a store near you.
