I'm with you. Our family stable has 3 active 2 speed kickbacks. I just think that ad would get a marketing student a failing grade, even in 61.
The brakes are the softest, surest, safest but when rare problems occur, take the hub to your dealer 'cuz he's a brake specialist?

Maybe Bendix wasn't allowed to promote their involvement in the space program, but straw hats on country girls doesn't work.
