I took a week off of riding due to my left knee. Heavy rain helped make skipping riding a no brainer for a couple days.
I rode Thursday night and the knee felt pretty good. I rode this morning and my left knee was protesting again.
I'm not a competitive rider by any means, but I hate having to downshift to take it easy on the knee. Feels like a waste of a ride.
Frustrating.
