And when they think they're giving a deal saying it's priced accordingly for needing an overhaul in a buyers market.
Any bike I buy needs an overhaul for the simple fact that I didn't do the last one on it yet, and that may be the lynch pin of the deal if the seller thinks it doesn't matter in the price.
