My mileage has been way down, due to my desire to stick close to my wife during her post-op recovery.
On a positive note, we finally joined the local gym and she put in 15 minutes on the recumbent bike
. I opted for the stationary bike next to her (I'll probably hit the weights next time).
That's one reason Rowan and I enjoyed going to the gym ... we could be there together, but we could each do our own thing.
