Stem came today and I can't immediately use it because the height is shorter and I need more spacers. I was already short one and used a headset bearing race as a spacer, now at least I'll have a proper set. I may also flip it. I'm getting older and riding crouched may not be optimal for me anymore. It is also shorter by 5mm, my current stem is 105 and I went with 100.

All of these little things may add up to a more comfortable ride. I'd like to put a 28mm tire on too but I can only do that in the front, the rear will barely fit a 25 and then only if it is perfectly centered and even when it is it doesn't stay that way an entire ride or at least the stress moves it.
