I'm looking for infos about buying a bike cargo trailer for a co-op.
It looks like a trailer that hooks onto the rear wheel axle is more stable than those that hook up to the seat post, but before recommending the former, I'm concerned about a couple of things:
- Do they fit onto bikes that have derailleurs (through axle?) or internal gear hubs (Nexus, Alfine, Rohloff)?
- Won't it put too much stress onto the axle and ruin it over time?
