1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride? 1992 Trek 2100; 1990 Trek 960(mtn bike used for utility purposes); a brand new, just bought 2004 Trek 2300



2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?

multiple vitamins



3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?

I don't race so speed doesn't matter, but a mile or two per hour on rec rides.



4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?

All my life



5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides, commute, tour, race?
everything but race.



6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?

varies from year to year . 2000-3000. some years less.



7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.?

telemark skiing, X-country skiing, hiking, backpacking, kayak and canoe touring, walking, work out at the gym, jump rope, drink lots of red wine (for the heart, you know)
