You have one too many filters on your request! That inexpensive part is the one breaking me up laughing.
I can go into my co-op tonight and get a whole wheel set in 24" for you at no cost. But the last two rims I sent to Columbus, OH was close to $30 for shipping! So the in-expensive part goes out the window. If yer interested call me tonight and I'll get some wheels, but I leave tomorrow for a trip to the land of permanent insanity* for a week.
