I did 15-15 intervals. The thing I've been noticing, especially in looking back at some of my workouts from April, is how much my indoor conditions are affecting my workouts. I was hitting wattages and durations in April that right now are much more difficult due to the warmer temp/humidity. I guess I'd never noticed before because I never got that high so didn't know there was anything to come down from lol

So hopefully once I'm out at the races and fall really hits, I'll be hitting some of that power again. Whether that's the difference between pretty good and a force to be reckoned, I have no clue.
That's kind of surprising that even for short durations, your indoor is better than outdoor.

I have way more trouble cooling myself inside than outside, unless it's over about 100 with humidity. The natural motion of the bike outside also makes it easier for me to hit numbers I think.
