One thing that the PM did for me was make me realize how wrong my Zwift setup was. I detailed it a few pages ago, but I was genuinely on the order of 30-ish watts down because I didn't have the roller tight enough on the rear tire. This has actually made zwift less depressing. I was always wondering why even the flats seemed a little slow and climbing was so dismal on the virtual rides when it really wasn't all that bad in real life. I just didn't have any local long climbs to really compare it to. This also means that my FTP ramp test might be way off. I did it a couple of weeks ago before I realized I had my trainer set up wrong and got 184. I will do another ramp test at the end of this month and it would be nice to be at 200 or so.
