2 hours of yardwork killed me; the interesting thing is my adductors would always be sore when I did it (from bending over) this time its my hamstrings. A good sign as my femur is no longer out of place. A good example of this issue is baseball players, who open up their legs while batting and that leads to overuse of the groin. Hopefully this has a positive effects in my wattage, but I've learned not to expect that.

I hope it all gets better, from what I've read COVID wrecks the lungs something awful.
