There are only two KOMs I think about. One, I will never, ever get. So I don't even worry about it.
The other one, I only care because it is a sprint in my neighborhood. I didn't know it existed until a few months ago, when I happened to look at my ride on Strava - which I rarely do. I was surprised it was a segment. A few weeks ago, as I finished up a ride, I decided to give it a try and took it.
