It wasn't cooked but raw and had some kind of very light oil or liquid on it. Not sure what it was but it tastes fantastic.
Most of their "Paleo" dishes taste very good. I think it is because it has minimally processed ingredients without all kinds of chemicals.
Whole foods also sells Taza 85% super dark chocolate from Mexico. Not milk chocolate with all the junk in it but the real stuff which is good for you in moderation. This stuff is great, unlike any chocolate I've ever eaten and Whole Foods is the only place I can find it.
Not trying to turn this into a Whole Foods/Amazon commercial and sorry to go off topic. I shop there occasionally and only for a few specific items.
