Those inquiries are part of the territory (and it doesn't help given the FB mobile UI), but I've had some "serious" buyers who've truly driven me up the wall, including a trucker who was
extremely persistent on parking his truck a mile away to hoof it into the neighborhood on some ungodly time of night.
