The brake levers look to be first-generation Campy aero levers - you can just make out the little sliding tab. You know, the ones that could be used in either exposed or hidden cable configuration. The bodies have a forward sweep to them - that's why the normal gum hoods look a little bulged out.
Wish I could tell what that thing is between the levers - it almost looks like a cellphone on a mount!
