Is the general consensus that it is a Peugeot Super Sport but some parts may be swapped out?
I'm not a Peugeot expert by any stretch, but the bicycle at the top of the thread has cantilever brakes, and from my initial glance, the Peugeot Super Sport does not. Doesn't mean it hasn't been modified, but I'd not settle on that being the answer just yet.
