Rollers / Indoor Training
Last week I rode on my rollers after work (fell off too, but that's a different story). It was kinda fun because I could see just how much my riding had improved over the last 8 months.
Rode on the rollers again last night. With bloom being off the rose as to performance improvements, there was nothing but the monotony of pedaling without going anywhere. I can't believe I rode these things all last winter.
I don't think I can make it to Spring.
