Mon - 3.1 km
Tues - 8.4 km
Wed - 5 km ... so far
Rowan and I have been walking to the beach after work more often lately. That's been a really nice addition to the walking totals. I enjoy listening to and watching the waves as we walk.
My usual commutes to and from work and between work and uni are included in those amounts.
And on both Monday and Tuesday, I decided to just go for a walk at lunch rather than running errands. You can actually cover a reasonable distance in a 1-hour lunch break.
Of course, we're cycling regularly on the weekends, and are planning to cycle some evenings as well, now that we have daylight to do so again.
