Any of you guys ever let your fitness slide into the gutter? Like 25% or more off your FTP? Does it come back quick? Like can I get back the first 50 watts in 2ish months or is that unreasonable? I've been riding a bit but nothing hard or long. Please read your crystal ball for me thx.
