18F with an unusual slight tailwind. We've been under flood watch for almost a week and one of the bad spots is on the MUP I use. Yesterday one of the bridges that goes over the river was about 6' from raging water - it's usually about 30' feet down! I can tell today it's dropping - pretty spectacular
