So the issue with the quotes appears to be that quotes made before the update are broken, after the update are fine.
Used to be that thread you've read was basically non bold and smaller point.
Now the size is almost the same, and they're both bold, but slightly different amounts of bold. The icon on the right is still different, but it used to be very obvious from the titles and now it takes three looks.
