Am I the only one who is bothered by the fact that this "vintage" 3-speed bike that belonged to someone's Grandfather has a decal on the head tube as opposed to a proper badge? Something is off IMO.
I thought the same thing at first, but then I noticed the white paint under the sticker and realized it was the fender.
