At the risk of sounding self serving, that’s a beautiful bike. Can I ask how your clearance is with 25s? I have 23c on my ENVE 5.6 which are 19mm internal width and they measure 25mm. So I’m afraid 25s will measure 27 and be too close to the seat stays.
