There are some hills in Delaware. Northwest part of the state, near the PA border, IIRC.
As for no sales tax, it still gives me pause when a clerk rings something up and tells me the final price is whatever is marked on the tag. I have an aunt and uncle who live off U.S. 202, less than 2 miles north of the state line. They always shop in DE for things like beer and wine.
