Waterfords command a premium but this one may not. Kansas City is not a huge market and this bike has a limited market given that it's a step through frame. I'd value it closer to $500 than $800. And you may have to wait a long time to get your price.
I'd put out an ad pointing out why this is such a cool bike for a woman who wants a high end bicycle. Although there are men who value step through frames as well.
