It seems that when you reach the point of slow causing problems you are a candidate for a pace maker. I could try a major reduction in training along with eating lots of junk food so I gain weight and lose aerobic fitness. This should increase my resting heart rate.
The dizziness has nothing to do with slow HR. Google postural hypotension. If the dizziness persists longer than 3 minutes, you have an issue. Otherwise, not. Don't complain about being in such good condition.
