I really have no opinion on fasted training. If it works for you, great! Your and others' interpretations weren't in line with what I meant, so I'll openly admit that my original statement was missing some context and was worded poorly, but I really don't see anything controversial in it (guess thats my problem), thus I'm surprised at the reactions.

With that said, workday is over, I'm gonna go eat something and ride my bike
