I'm tracking all the bits I ordered for the Cannondale. Most of what I need should arrive this week! If I can get my LBS to switch the cranks by Friday, I'm good to go!
Except.........
The righthand shifter, for the rear. The ones I have are 7 speed, indexed (but can be run friction). I needed 8 speed. The only 8 speed RX100 shifters I found were in Italy. And the ETA is literally a month from now.
I suppose I can put it all together and use the old shifter in friction mode till it gets here.
