My participation is likely to become less frequent. Not because I've stopped walking, but because I've decided not to try and measure them.
Of course, one thing I love about LCF is that it motivates me--practically forces me--to get more exercise just as part of my daily life.
Even so, logging my activities also gets me moving more. Whenever I've stopped logging it, my exercise has eventually declined. So, as much as it is a bother and nuisance, I'm going to keep up with the daily mesurement and log entries. (I actually record only the time I spend on exercise, not the distance or intensity.)
