Ah, never thought about full sized fenders being noisy. I have a set of short black fenders on my Electra 1, they never make a sound.

Good point, I should probably make sure everything is tight. The fenders do have these weird spoke like stems that connect to the frame; don't have anything to compare it to so not sure if that is normal
