babie_lato I wouldn't go for a smaller frame either, but that's my 2 cents.
When you get to repainting the frame, you might be able to get new stickers from
Unlimited Colors (Koga-Miyata) or
RIH or whatever other brand you might come across.
I found a complete 1992 Koga-Miyata Traveller in the same size
over here.
In terms of price range: RandonneurExtra > WorldTraveller > Traveller
