So there is a long bruise in my adductors right next to my hamstring. 100% caused by this 'adjustment'.

I'm going to have to take it easy the next few days. I don't think its totally torn, but there's no reason to push it. In the end, I do think this is all positive, that muscle was more than likely shortened due to a twisted femur, which is now corrected (I hope).
