I have no doubt that a smash and grab could happen in this area. It is industrial and the city of Ventura has deemed it a homeless shelter zone(lucky me!) . Since then , broken down RV's and people living on the streets in their vehicles or simply on side walks. Most have bicycles that are rattle canned and disguised so they can't be identified. Fortunately they favor mountain bikes and beach cruisers.
It breaks my heart to think that this Cinelli has been rattle-canned and is being mistreated...but it's pretty likely.
