I agree with your sentiment as I'm new but I'm willing to do my best to become better.

They said because of the shape of the tubes I would be impeccably slower.... IMPECCABLY SLOWER -_-
If you’re willing to do your best to become better that means proper training, diet and fitness. It’s not minor differences in your bike.
