Where do you put the marine grease?
According to the manual, the only part that should be lubricated is the back of the sliding clamp and the grub screw.
I have the same problem (SuSiEvo2020 HiMo). I tried to clean and reapply carbon paste & grease (Teflon). It worked for approx 60km but then the tik-tok noise was back.
