Not for the period I'm talking about--the numbers for the Bronx are way down for April. From the article you linked:

"Injuries plunged to eight so far in April, down from 22 cyclists over the same period last year."

The numbers are up year to date, but I think that's an artifact of an early spring compared to last year, and it's quite clear that the numbers plummeted after the stay at home orders.
