ABSOLUTELY might be an otter or a Nutria - I'm no Dr. Dolittle, or even a cat vs dog identifier, but I couldn't see its tail - he/she was gathering sticks so I assumed beaver/dam I guess. All taken at the bottom of Golden Gardens - the BeaNutriOtter was in the pond at the very end of the park (north).
