You're in their mailing list. That's why they contact you.

Europe passed pretty strict laws about email communications and when companies and organizations can solicit people via email or text. The laws are so strict, most US operations opted to comply, just in case. Since you're on the mail list, from having bought passes in the past, they are clear to contact you.
