Got in my sub-40 mile, no agenda ride. Felt crappy-strong. I know that I'm carrying a pretty heavy training load (for me), and that certainly matched my perception early in the ride. After I settling in, though, I get to the point where I can torque the pedals if and when I want to. Felt semi-lethargic heading out, feel awesome now. It was much the same way on my group ride a week and a half ago. It's odd. I'll probably take it very easy until next Wed.
Yeah that was my yesterday. Today was not as good. Monday will be a walk, I think, and then back to some running.
