Since working from home, I have lost 13# and a bunch of co-workers have also lost.
It certainly hasnt all been a gain for everyone who works from home, though i know some who have and understand why.
Its interesting how a change in venue affects people in different ways. I dont eat as much(any, really) fast food now and am more active thru the day with dog walks during lunch for example.
And while I ride as frequently as I did in prior years during these last few months, the distance is down.
