The 61 is on the lower head tube lug, and indicates the angle between the head tube and down tube. If there is a number on the upper head tube lug, that would be the head tube angle (assuming a horizontal top tube which is likely in this case).
Edit: and looking back at the photos, I think I see a 72. Seat tube angle would be stamped on the seat lug, but would not necessarily be visible.
