I am not Scrod, but I have had great luck with the Cygolite Expilion lights. They are rechargeable using a usb port. I have the 400 and 800 lumen models. Both of them last a long time and have a awesome flash mode. I call the lights Moses as they part the waters in front of me. I ride 100+ miles a week with the light on flash and they last ~2 weeks between charges. In the winter when I commute 45 minutes each night they last a week. Both lights let me ride on a completely dark road. The 800 is brighter, but I usually use it on low at night. The 800 also has a larger battery.
