I have no problem falling asleep. I usually wake up about 2 or so to pee, but often can't get back to sleep afterward. I'll toss and turn for an hour, then give up and make coffee. I usually start my ride about 5:30-6:00 and sometimes have time to sleep when I get back. (Retirement rocks!) When I don't have time to sleep, I rely on coffee during the day, which makes it harder to sleep at night, and the cycle repeats itself ad nauseum. I wish I could find a way to break the cycle.
