Your front brake is not properly set up.

The cable housing is not properly seated in the barrel adjuster. It should go INSIDE and seat fully.

The quick release is in the up position. This position is only for when you want to release the wheel, not for normal use.

Rotate the lever to the down position, seat the cable housing in the adjuster. You'll almost certainly need to re-adjust the brake cable clamp after those two changes.

Your rear brake has the same problems.

You should fix both. Brakes are important,... very important.
