I haven't noticed much more activity on mine, aside from what I attribute to just nicer weather.

Like all the other parks though, even if the park district closed it it wouldn't stop me or anyone else from using it. Actually, the local path is technically closed from November through April, I just found that out a couple days ago.

I go to "closed" parks a lot, I generally think of them as "closed to drive-in traffic" rather than closed to everyone.

The only exception is the local state park, I get the vibe that people will actually enforce it being closed, with real consequences.
