I took off my chain to clean and remove a few links, when putting it back together the pin must have gotten squeezed and came through with a really sharp burr. It's connected and works fine so I'm not going to change it, but just wondering has anyone else experienced this? It's the first time I've connected a chain and had this happen.

If it helps I'm using an Izumi standard chain, it's about a year old and fairly stretched. Thinking maybe between the stretch and not connecting the original links caused some unevenness?
